Learn how to make this deeply indulgent chocolate treat right in the comfort of your own home!
You will start with a brief introduction of your host, Virginia, and the chocolate brand you will be working with. She will then guide you through the “Making Ganache” Demo, teaching you everything from scratch, as well showing you how to be creative with a traditional recipe. Make sure to make your ganache 24 hours before the event. A video will be sent to you prior to the class. Make sure to keep it refrigerated before then!
You will then briefly talk about the process and history of making chocolate. You will taste the cacao bean in different stages. You'll learn how to taste chocolate like a pro while tasting the final product: a chocolate square. You will proceed to making your own truffles, rolling them, molding them and adding toppings you like. Not only will you be able to add your own flavors and topping, but your own feelings into your personal creations. And if you did not eat it all beforehand, you will be able to leave this experience with your personal creations to indulge in with your loved ones in the comfort of your own home.

Native of Paris, I have garnered ten years of experience as a chocolate expert in both France and the United States. I have taken lead roles in major projects for Chocolat Michel Cluizel (which is one the 10th best chocolate maker in Paris), including the “how to taste Chocolate workshop” in Paris. I have also made appearances at The World Chocolate SHOW conference. I made both television and radio appearances in France. Christmas holidays stand out the most to me; the reuniting of my huge family, all cooking together helping one another, and growing even more closer together. I can distinctly remember my face covered in chocolate. It was and still remains a wonderful thing to share. After Covid last year, I lost my job so I decided to launch my own company in order to offer chocolate making classes. I am now in a place where I am looking to share delicious experiences making and provide a chance to build similar memories.
